Head of AI Enablement

About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of AI Enablement to make Coinbax an AI-native organization. You’ll architect and implement LLM, chat, and agentic integrations across engineering, go-to-market, and executive functions. Your goal: democratize software development so teams self-deliver through AI-assisted pull requests and intelligent agents.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute Coinbax’s AI strategy across all functions
• Build internal tools and agents that multiply team productivity
• Implement LLM integrations for customer-facing products
• Train teams on effective AI tool usage and prompt engineering
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies
• Partner with engineering to build AI-assisted development workflows
• Establish best practices for AI security, governance, and responsible use

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience building with AI/ML systems
• Hands-on experience with modern LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, etc.)
• Track record of shipping AI-powered features to production
• Strong engineering background with full-stack capabilities
• Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions
• Excellent communication skills to evangelize AI adoption

Nice to Have

• Experience building agentic systems or autonomous agents
• Background in fintech or enterprise software
• Published work or open source contributions in AI
• Experience with RAG systems and vector databases
• Familiarity with AI safety and responsible AI practices
